WOMEN'S TRIP

About-19.png
SEPT 5-13, 2026
A stress-free Croatia women’s trip designed so you can focus on chasing memories—not managing logistics.

ABOUT THE TRIP

This Croatia Women’s Trip brings together the magic of coastal towns, island hopping, cooking classes, waterfalls, and days by the sea. But it also brings something more powerful: a community of women who are ready for an adventure and ready to be surrounded by others on the same wavelength.

You’ll be hosted by Lisa from @chasingmemories.co, known for creating stress-free, safety-first travel experiences for women, and Erin from @parkersfromaus, an Australian photographer and group-trip host whose artistry and kindness make every moment feel unforgettable. All with her fun Aussie accent!

And we’re not doing this alone—
We’ll be partnering with our incredible local private guide Robi, who will be with us for all guided excursions and activities. Robi brings deep knowledge of Croatia’s history, culture, hidden corners, and coastal rhythms, along with the grounded confidence that only comes from decades of guiding travelers through his home country. His presence adds not only expertise, but also warmth, humor, and the kind of behind-the-scenes support that makes every day feel effortless.

Together, we’ve designed a journey that blends culture, connection, and adventure—giving you the freedom to relax, explore confidently, and rediscover parts of yourself that tend to get buried under daily life.

You’ll return home with new friends, renewed energy, and the kind of memories you’ll talk about for years.

Why Croatia?

Croatia is the perfect setting for a women’s adventure—warm, inviting, endlessly beautiful, and full of stories waiting to be discovered. Its coastal towns, blue-water bays, historic streets, and island landscapes create the ideal backdrop for connection, conversation, and memory-making.

The experience is a balance of adventure and ease: exploring Split’s old town, wandering waterfalls, island hopping by ferry and speedboat, hiking along scenic cliffs, and soaking in sunsets over the Adriatic. Everything flows naturally here, making it easy to be fully present.

With our local guide Robi leading the way, we’ll explore both the highlights and the hidden gems—places with heart, history, and views that stop you mid-sentence. You’ll experience Croatia through the eyes of someone who knows its rhythms, its stories, and the magic tucked between its islands.

This trip is an invitation to reconnect—with yourself, with other women, and with the joy of experiencing the world together. Croatia gives us the space to breathe, explore, laugh, and create memories that last long after the journey ends.

Travel Requirements and Other Important Information

Passport Requirements

A valid passport is required for entry into Croatia and must have at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates.

EU ETIAS

The European Union plans to implement the ETIAS travel authorization system in 2026. If it is active at the time of travel, all U.S. travelers will need to complete a quick online registration, with about 12euro fee, prior to departure. You will be responsible for securing the ETIAS if applicable for our dates of travel.

Visa Information

U.S. citizens can enter Croatia (and the Schengen Area, if transiting through another EU country) for up to 90 days without a visa for tourism purposes.

If you are traveling from another country, please check the visa requirements for your nationality.

Fitness Level & Activity Expectations

Croatia is an incredibly beautiful destination—but it’s also full of steep staircases, uneven stone streets, hills, and cobblestones, especially in Dubrovnik and on the islands. This trip requires a good level of physical fitness to participate safely and comfortably.

Throughout the trip, you should expect:

  • Daily walking on uneven, slippery, and steep terrain

  • Long sets of stairs with no handrails (especially in old towns and historic areas)

  • Walking tours in Split, Dubrovnik, and surrounding towns

  • Boarding ferries, water taxis, and public boats using steps that may be wet or uneven

  • Standing for extended periods during guided tours and activities

This is not a strenuous adventure trip—but it is active.
You should be comfortable being on your feet for most of each day and moving confidently on varied terrain.

A basic to moderate fitness level, along with an adventurous mindset, will help you enjoy the experience to its fullest.

If you have any concerns about the physical requirements, please reach out so we can talk through whether this trip is the right fit for you. I want every guest to feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the journey.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Please also note there is a minimum number of travelers for this trip to go ahead, this group trip will be officially confirmed once this minimum is reached. This is standard for small group travel and you’ll be updated once the trip is officially confirmed. It is recommended you wait to purchase airfare until time of confirmation.

  • If you need to cancel within 15 days of registering, you will receive a full refund. After that period, all payments are non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. I will do my best to "sell" your spot but cannot guarantee it.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of departure, even if you registered during that timeframe.

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the trip, I will either refund you or reschedule for an agreed upon time.

  • Because life is unpredictable, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can reimburse you if you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. I will give you details on top travel insurance options with your welcome email after registration.

Join Me for an Unforgettable Adventure!

💛 This isn’t just a trip—it’s a chance to truly connect.
Croatia’s sun-soaked coastline, historic stone cities, and crystal-clear waters create an unforgettable setting—but the real magic happens in the moments you share along the way.

This experience is designed to help you step away from everyday life and reconnect through adventure. Together, you’ll navigate ferries, explore ancient old towns, and build real-world travel confidence—learning how to problem-solve, ask for help, and move through a new country with ease. Each day brings shared challenges, laughter, and growth—side by side.

We’ll close the journey with a Farewell Dinner, a final evening to reflect, celebrate new friendships, and honor everything you’ve experienced together—memories made, confidence gained, and bonds deepened.

You’ll return home with unforgettable memories, a more confident traveler beside you, and a connection that lasts far beyond the trip.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have additional questions not listed below, please reach out to me at, lisa@chasingmemories.co

How long do I have to decide? Registration will close 3 months before departure on June 4th, but spots are limited and this trip is expected to fill up quickly! There are only a maximum of 12 spots available, so if you’re considering joining, I highly recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible to secure your place on this unforgettable adventure.

What is NOT included in the trip cost? Your trip fee does not include international flights to Split. And departing from Dubrovnik (select multi-city trip when booking) You’ll be responsible for booking your own airfare to arrive by the start time on Sept 5th, 2026. The following expenses are also not included: Drinks other than tap water, snacks, and personal incidentals Meals (except for the Welcome Dinner, 1 lunch, and Final Dinner) - there are local groceries stores available and budget friendly dining options. Souvenirs or additional personal expenses Optional activities or excursions during your free time (details on these will be provided closer to departure) Travel insurance — while not included, it’s highly recommended to protect your investment in case of trip cancellation, delay, or emergencies abroad I’ll send detailed information about travel insurance options with your welcome email, including how to choose a comprehensive policy that fits your needs.

Do You Offer Payment Plans? Yes! To reserve your spot, a $500 deposit is required (refundable for 14 days). After that, I offer two different payment plan options to make the trip more manageable: Option 1: Pay in full Option 2: Two payments (1st due on Feb 21st, final payment due May 21st) Automatic email reminders will be sent before each payment is due to help you stay on track. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Where Do I Need to Arrive in Croatia? PLEASE NOTE: Arrival and departure locations are in different cities and need different airports. You can either do a multi-city trip into Split and out of Dubrovnik, or you can consider taking the passenger ferry from Dubrovnik to Split (you are responsible for the logistics and cost of this) The group trip officially begins at 4:00 PM on Saturday, Sept 5th, 2026, in Split. This means you will need to depart on Sept 4th in order to arrive on the 5th. If you plan to arrive early or stay late, you’ll need to arrange your own accommodations and transportation to meet the group at the designated meeting point. We say our goodbyes at the accommodation Sunday morning (10am checkout) and you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to the airport based on your departure time (Uber is easy in Croatia). You can schedule your departing flight anytime that day. Accommodation checkout will be 10am. And there is no luggage storage available.

When Should I Book My Flight? We need a minimum of 10 participants for this trip to be officially confirmed. While I recommend waiting until the trip is confirmed before purchasing your flights, I completely understand that a great deal can be hard to pass up! ✈️ If you choose to book early, please do so with caution, keeping in mind that the trip still needs to reach its minimum number of participants before it’s guaranteed to run. Once the trip is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification right away so you can confidently finalize your travel plans. With the level of interest I anticipate this trip selling out quickly.

What happens if I need to cancel after the first 14 days? If you need to cancel after the 14 day refund policy, I will do what I can to fill your spot, however it is not guaranteed nor my responsibility to do so. If I am able to fill your spot, you will get your money back, but if I am unable to sell it, unfortunately you will lose your money. This is why travel insurance is important because it can help refund you when there's a covered reason for cancellation.

What Do I Need to Pack? Weather in Croatia in September is typically warm and sunny. September typically brings mild, comfortable conditions, but it’s best to be prepared for both rain and sun as we’ll be exploring outdoors most of each day. Be ready for a mix of city strolling, day trips, and light activity by packing: Comfortable walking shoes with good support for full days of exploring Lightweight, breathable layers you can mix and match A small daypack for carrying water, snacks, and essentials during excursions Optional: a nice casual outfit for group dinners or evenings out I’ll send out a detailed packing list before departure to help you prepare.

Can I Opt Out of Any Activities If I Choose? Absolutely! While this itinerary has been carefully designed to balance fun, connection, and exploration, you’re always welcome to opt out of any activity that doesn’t appeal to you. If you’d prefer to relax at a café instead of joining a group activity, enjoy extra free time, or explore at your own pace, that’s completely fine. Please note that because all group activities are pre-arranged and prepaid, there will be no reimbursement for any missed or skipped activities. That said, I encourage everyone to join in whenever possible—some of the best memories (and laughs!) often come from trying something new together. But at the end of the day, this is your trip, and I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy it in a way that feels right for you. 🌷

Can I Use Points or Miles to Reduce My Trip Cost? Yes! You can save money by booking your flight using points or miles.

What About the Food? Are meals included in the trip? All breakfasts are included. Your welcome dinner and final dinner and 1 lunch are included in the trip cost — everything else is designed to give you flexibility and choice. What will we do for lunch and some dinners? There are grocery stores and budget friendly dining options and we will make sure everyone has access to finding good options. Each day, we’ll share a suggested group restaurant for one meal where you’re welcome to join everyone for a fun, social meal—but you’re equally free to explore on your own if you’d like. Why isn’t every meal included? This setup allows you to customize your dining experience—whether that means enjoying a cozy café, grabbing street food between adventures, or managing your budget in a way that works best for you. Because travel is even better when you have the freedom to savor it your way. 🍽️

MEET YOUR HOSTS

This Croatia adventure is hosted by Lisa from @chasingmemories.co, Erin from @parkersfromaus, and led by our phenomenal local guide Robi—a team dedicated to creating a trip that feels safe, supported, joy-filled, and deeply meaningful.

I’m Lisa, a lifelong traveler who has explored over 30 countries and built my work around helping women feel confident navigating the world. As a mom myself, I know how overwhelming international travel can feel—planning everything, staying safe, keeping everyone happy, and hoping nothing goes wrong. My goal is to take all of that stress off your shoulders so you can finally relax, enjoy the moment, and soak in the magic of Croatia without worrying about logistics or mishaps.

You’ll also be joined by Erin, the talented Australian creator behind @parkersfromaus. She’s an incredible photographer, a warm and thoughtful group-trip host, and the kind of person who brings calm, laughter, and creativity everywhere she goes. Erin has a gift for making everyone feel seen and included—and she captures the kind of photos that help you remember not just what a place looked like, but how it felt.

And then there’s Robi, our trusted private guide and the heart of our on-the-ground team in Croatia. When I met Robi in Croatia while vetting this trip, we quickly developed the motto "Robi knows best" because EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of his recommendations and excursions was fantastic!   He’s a local expert with years of guiding experience, a deep love for his country, and an unmatched ability to share Croatia’s culture, history, and hidden gems in a way that feels welcoming and effortless. From navigating ferries and old towns to introducing us to the best food, routes, and secret viewpoints, Robi ensures we travel safely, smoothly, and like insiders—not tourists.

Together, we bring a blend of adventure, local insight, support, and genuine connection to every moment of this trip. Beyond the breathtaking sights and unforgettable experiences, our goal is to create a space where women can feel empowered, inspired, and fully themselves—surrounded by new friends and held by a team that truly cares.

You’ll return home not only with photos of turquoise bays and medieval rooftops, but with a renewed sense of confidence, a deeper connection to yourself and others, and memories you’ll carry long after the Adriatic sun sets.

We can’t wait to chase memories with you in Croatia. 🇭🇷✨
